Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, quality beverage and food preparation, and safety protocols with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes including temperature and ingredient adjustments
- Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Experience working in fast-paced environments is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Provide quality customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately following company policies
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
