Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs through communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Crafting beverages and food items to standard or customized recipes

- Performing varied tasks during shifts to support store operations
- Ensuring regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Building positive relationships with customers and team members
- Working collaboratively as part of the store team
