Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- craft the world’s finest coffee and prepare food products to standard and customized recipes
- engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- maintain store operations including cash handling, safety, and security
- perform various tasks within the store each shift, supporting a fast-paced environment
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
- adhere to store policies and quality standards
