Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Able to perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and food safety knowledge is beneficial

Job Duties
- Create and serve high-quality beverages and food products to Starbucks standards
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate register operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work area
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adapt to various tasks as needed during shifts, including stocking and inventory
- Comply with store safety, security, and operating policies
