Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe adjustments
- Engage with and understand customers by discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Handle cash transactions in accordance with store policies
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to Starbucks standards
