Job Duties
- engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations including temperature and ingredient adjustments
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift to ensure smooth operation
- provide quality beverages and food products maintaining store operating standards
- handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security protocols
