Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards for quality, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs through communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer customizations
- Available to perform multiple tasks during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers’ needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Perform various tasks within the store during shifts including cleaning and restocking
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Adapt to flexible work hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
