Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers, providing excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Able to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to Starbucks standard recipes or customer customizations
- Engage with customers by providing clear, pleasant communication and responding to their needs
- Follow store operating policies including cash handling and maintaining store safety and security
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Uphold Starbucks quality standards and brand values during every shift
