Job Requirements

- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes, including modifications
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth customer service experience
- Build relationships with customers to create meaningful and positive moments
