Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety requirements
- Engage with customers including discovering and responding to their needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Strong interpersonal skills
