Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized to customer preferences
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Provide quality beverages and food products while adhering to store policies and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift including cleaning and stocking
- Build relationships with customers and team members fostering a friendly environment
- Learn and carry out oral and written instructions accurately
