Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage with and understand customers
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Ability to learn quickly

- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear communication
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security standards
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift including opening, closing, and restocking
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
