Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Create exceptional coffee and beverages according to Starbucks recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain quality standards for food and beverage products
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Perform various tasks in the store during each shift, including opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Collaborate effectively with team members to provide a welcoming environment
- Support store operating policies and maintain punctuality and regular attendance
