Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Understand and meet store operating policies including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
- Engage effectively with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer customizations
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required

- Prepare beverages and food items to standard and custom recipes
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service
- Handle cash and store transactions accurately
