Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Engage effectively with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customized requests
- Able to perform a variety of tasks during shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly and request clarification when necessary
