Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Comply with store operating policies and standards
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Capable of preparing food and beverages according to standards or customization
- Able to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and apply instructions
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and provide friendly, clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard recipes or customer specifications
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide quality products and service meeting Starbucks standards
