Job Requirements

- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality standards, cash handling, safety, and security
- Engage and respond to customer needs with clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to recipe standards or customized instructions
- Available to perform varied tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications

- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard or customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and meet their needs
- Prepare food and beverages including adjustments to recipes as required
- Perform multiple tasks during each shift within the store
