Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Engage and communicate effectively with customers to understand and fulfill their needs
- Prepare food and beverages following recipe adjustments such as temperature or ingredient substitutions
- Perform multiple store tasks during each shift to ensure smooth operations
