Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience is an asset but not required

Job Duties
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including adjustments in temperature or ingredients
- engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring store safety and hygiene
- handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to store policies
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support team operations
- work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- learn and apply new beverage recipes and store procedures consistently
