Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- provide quality beverages and food products following store standards and recipes
- engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages tailored to customer preferences including modifications
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
- ensure cash handling, store safety and security measures are properly followed
