Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, food and beverage preparation, and safety and security
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs through pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe adjustments
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provide quality beverages and food products while adhering to store operating policies and standards
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ensure cash handling and store safety and security procedures are followed
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
