Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash and complete daily transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety and security standards
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient store operations
- Perform various tasks across the store as needed during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and positive environment
