Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with customers effectively through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different duties within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to engage pleasantly with customers and respond to their needs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare coffees and other beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service by remembering preferences and building rapport
- Handle cash transactions accurately following store policies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Perform various tasks including food preparation, inventory restocking, and equipment maintenance during shifts
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure quality and security
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience
