Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage and understand customers, responding to their needs with clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks during each shift

- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security policies
- Perform multiple tasks within the store as needed during each shift
- Build strong relationships with team members and customers
