Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, food and beverage preparation, safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Engage with and understand customers including discovering and responding to customer needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Provide quality beverages and food products following store policies and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure store safety and security
