Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including temperature and ingredient changes
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support operations
- Follow store operating policies including quality beverage and food product preparation, cash handling, and safety and security measures
- Support team collaboration and build positive relationships with coworkers
- Request clarification on oral and written instructions when needed
