Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating standards including quality, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers effectively and provide clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and ask for clarification when needed
- Ability to keep cool and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Comfortable with responsibilities such as cash-handling and store safety
