Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
Job Duties

- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following store policies and standards
- Handle cash accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Engage positively with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Perform various store tasks as required during each shift
