- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks during each shift
