Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or food service is preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests within 30 seconds of entering the concept
- Take drink and food orders accurately
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Prepare and present beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments including cash and card transactions
- Comply with company’s cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain enthusiastic knowledge about the restaurant’s menu and products
