Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry
- Operate coffee-making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery as needed
- Prepare and present beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments using point-of-sale systems
- Handle money, process credit and debit cards, make change while complying with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention procedures
- Maintain knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
- Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers in both national and local brand concepts
