Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year barista service experience preferred but not required
- ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a highly active service setting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- serve pastries and other food products
- set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of outlet
- transport supplies, stock paper and food/drink supplies
- process all payment methods
- count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- secure product, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- complete closing duties
- follow company and department policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- wear nametag
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- complete safety training and certifications
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- have access to reliable transportation and follow attendance policy
- flexible shift to include weekends and holidays as needed
- respond to any reasonable task assigned by Food and Beverage leadership
- assist in other areas as needed
- all other duties as assigned
