Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or food service experience
- Ability to operate coffee making machinery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic cash handling experience

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests within 30 seconds of entry
- Take and prepare drink and food orders accurately
- Operate coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Present beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Accurately process payments and handle money following cash handling procedures
- Maintain knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
- Deliver first-class customer experiences consistently
