Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
- Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and cash handling procedures
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with team members
- Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment with customers and peers
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Self-starter able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
Job Duties
- Create and serve tea, coffee, and espresso drinks to guests
- Greet and acknowledge guests warmly within 30 seconds of entry
- Operate and maintain coffee making equipment including cleaning
- Accurately process payments and handle cash while adhering to loss prevention procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and responding to inquiries promptly
- Assist with training new team members and support other restaurant areas as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment free of hazards
