Job Requirements
- Availability for full-time shifts including AM, MID, and PM
- Willingness to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety and health regulations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in coffee or food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including handling money, processing credit and debit cards, and gift certificates
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and equipment items
- Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
