Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Comply with dress code prohibiting tattoos, piercings in excess of two per ear, and unnatural hair colors
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized requests
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote Starbucks culture, values, and mission
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and communicate information to the manager
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing performance and providing respectful coaching
- Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and communicating them to store manager
- Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a customer-first attitude and responding to customer needs
- Follow Starbucks operational policies including cash handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
