Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
  • Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication

  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
  • Available to perform many different tasks during each shift

Job Duties

  • Assists with new partner training by providing positive reinforcement and coaching
  • Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and communicating to store manager
  • Delivers legendary customer service with a customer comes first attitude, connecting and responding to customer needs
  • Follows operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety and security protocols
  • Maintains clean and organized workspace for resource accessibility
  • Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently adhering to recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines
  • Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments through organizational methods
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance
