Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or in progress
- Successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date
- Preferred 1 year of coffee shop experience
- Ability to work part-time schedule of 20 weekly hours
- Availability to work various weekday and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED obtained or in progress

- Ability to operate POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks experience for customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt assistance
- Prepare quality beverages and food products according to Starbucks standards
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe store environment
- Assist with all food service duties including food preparation and cleanliness
- Manage customer interactions professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
