Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to operate coffee equipment and prepare beverages
- Good communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry
- Operate coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning as needed
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments using point-of-sale systems
- Handle money, process credit and debit cards, make change according to cash handling and loss prevention policies
- Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
- Create and deliver first-class customer experiences in a retail and dining environment
