Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experience by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products
- Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials and new items, promoting and recommending options to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of the brand
- Perform other duties as assigned
