Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday shifts as scheduled
- capability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to maintain HACCP guidelines and food safety standards
- must be able to handle cash and POS transactions
- adherence to company policies and culture

- understanding of daily menu items and capability to explain them accurately
- knowledge of POS systems
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- effective communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS device
- accepts cash and charge payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- ensures proper food preparation using approved recipes and following production standards
