Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security

Job Duties

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example for the shift team
  • Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customer cues
  • Communicate information to manager so the team can respond as necessary
  • Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with customers
  • Discover and respond to customer needs
  • Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety and security
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enable partners to locate resources and product as needed
  • Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
