Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Possession of a valid food handler's card if required by local regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and preparation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards while delivering exceptional customer service
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products
- Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage service area
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation
