Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years or older at the time of hiring
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift or move up to 30 pounds with or without assistance
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligible to obtain required food handler's permit

Job Duties
- Greet and engage with customers to take orders, answer questions and offer excellent customer service in a warm and professional manner
- Take orders accurately from customers, relaying them to other staff as needed
- Reliably prepare a variety of drinks with accuracy and care
- Operate cash registers correctly and efficiently
- handling cash and credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee stand area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas following Washington State food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members, and other departments as needed, to create a positive work environment and delightful customer experiences
