Job Duties
- Adhere to policies, safety standards and protocols, and make suggestions for improving operations
- Prepare and serve beverages that adhere to freshness and quality standards
- Maintain coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
- Engage with guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner
- Participate in an extensive training program to become fully barista capable
- Promote and uphold company values of hospitality and mutual respect
