Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or barista role preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk and sit on a continual basis
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Adhere to policies, safety standards and protocols, and make suggestions for improving operations
- Prepare and serve beverages that adhere to freshness and quality standards
- Maintain coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
- Engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner
