Job Requirements

  • Two years of previous supervisory and barista experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee issues
  • Proficient in preparing production and sales reports
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of previous supervisory experience in a barista or foodservice role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to train and motivate employees
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience preparing operational reports
  • Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards

Job Duties

  • Provide training and create work schedules
  • Evaluate worker performance and reward or discipline employees accordingly
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management
  • Ensure team meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
  • Act as contact for employee complaints and time-off requests
  • Mentor and develop employees encouraging goal setting and advancement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
