Job Requirements
- Two years of previous supervisory and barista experience preferred
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to manage and resolve employee issues
- Proficient in preparing production and sales reports
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of previous supervisory experience in a barista or foodservice role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train and motivate employees
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience preparing operational reports
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards
Job Duties
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate worker performance and reward or discipline employees accordingly
- Prepare production or sales reports for management
- Ensure team meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
- Act as contact for employee complaints and time-off requests
- Mentor and develop employees encouraging goal setting and advancement
- Perform other duties as assigned
