Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Able to work 30+ hours per week
- Non-seasonal employment availability
- Hardworking and dependable
- Detail-oriented
- Friendly to staff and customers
- Able to lift 30 pounds comfortably
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to handle cash accurately
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to create high-quality coffee and tea beverages including latte art
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to manage and train staff effectively
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Taking orders over Revel POS
- Memorizing and giving detailed descriptions of drinks and food
- Making coffee and tea beverages at a high level including latte art
- Making food product with fast ticket times
- Dating food and beverage product made in large batches
- Maintaining a clean workstation
- Maintaining a clean cafe and restroom
- Cleaning dishes
- Handling cash and balancing a till
- Being prompt and on-time for shifts
- Managing all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identifying customer needs and responding proactively
- Attracting, recruiting, and training staff
- Purchasing goods and making improvements
- Reporting sales results and productivity to management
- Complying with health and safety regulations
