Job Requirements

- Previous experience in retail or dining preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to operate coffee making equipment
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale system
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon entering the concept
- Operate coffee making equipment and clean machinery when necessary
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, process credit and debit card transactions, and make change while complying with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic menu and product recommendations to guests, including addressing potential food allergens
- Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public within both national brands and iconic local concepts
- Uphold the highest safety and health standards in a post-COVID-19 environment
