Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handling Certification
- Basic math proficiency
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Strong communication skills
- Physical capability to perform job tasks
- Availability to work full-time
- Compliance with company dress code
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Previous cash handling experience is desired
- Prior barista experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic math skills and counting proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Compliance with recipe and preparation instructions
- Food Handling Certification is mandatory
- Adherence to dress code standards
- Capability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
Job Duties
- Navigate register/POS system for cash and credit transactions
- Provide warm and attentive customer service anticipating needs
- Prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items in compliance with company guidelines
- Maintain cash drawer balance, record transactions, and deposit money accurately
- Follow Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space promoting cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workspace regularly to maintain hygiene
- Manage inventory of drink chillers, snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols during food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by managers
